Meditative Mandala Making

A big thank you to everyone who participated in the Meditative Mandala Workshop this past Saturday. Everyone came together to learn a little bit about the history of mandalas and create their own unique patterned designs that hone concentration and calm the mind. We also shared tea, centering techniques and basic chair yoga stretches to help make those long hours at any desk less overwhelming on the mind and the body. I hope to be able to offer more of these workshops.
