One Earth Collaborative Presents: 

Sense of Wonder Forest Adventure

  • Explore the wonders of woods and fields and streams.
  • Play games, explore trails and rivers, brooks and ponds.
  • Make friends with a tree and a frog.
  • Make nature crafts, keep a nature journal, and catch bugs.

The Sense of Wonder Forest Adventure(formerly the Interfaith Woodland and Wetland Adventure) gives children the opportunity to explore the wonders of woods and fields and streams in an informal way. Children investigate habitats and watersheds, make nature crafts, keep a nature journal and have quiet time each day. 

Who:    Children entering 2nd to 5th grade, or 6 years old
              by May 1st
When:   July 9-13, 2018, 9:00am - 1:00pm
Where:  Open Spirit (39 Edwards Street, Framingham) and 
               other local nature spots including: 

  • Open Spirit and the Carol Getchell Nature Trail in Framingham

  • Great Meadows National Wildlife Reservation and nearby Sudbury conservation areas in Sudbury

  • Upper Mill Brook Conservation Area in Wayland

  • Baiting Brook Welch Reserve and Callahan State Park in Framingham

  • Nobscot Scout Reservation in Framingham

Cost:     $190 early-bird discount to register until May 18th.
              $200 if register between May 19th and June 30th.
              $220 if register after June 30th.
              $175 cost for sibling.
              Scholarships are available.
