Instructor: Samela St Pierre.
Samela has been practicing yoga since she was 14 years old. Her intention for all of her classes is to be a clearing for people to discover what yoga can offer them in their lives. She intends for our time on the mat together to be an opportunity to build a relationship with your own breath, and for class to be a practice ground for handling physical and emotional challenges. She believes how one practices yoga is a mirror for how one lives their life and wants the yoga room to be a safe place to work towards becoming fully self expressed.
