Threefold Yoga–Body, Mind and Spirit

Wednesday, 5:45 pm - 7:00 pm -- Wednesdays at 5:45 pm

There will be no Threefold Yoga on March 15. Class will resume on March 22.

“Loving and nurturing your body is a metaphor for every spiritual task you face and is the primary spiritual act.”

Patrick Carnes, Phd.D, A Gentle Path Through the Twelve Steps

In yoga, we work with the body and breath to calm and clarify the mind, opening ourselves up to new sources of energy and a deeper experience of being. This 75-minute class is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, with a special invitation to those who may be in recovery. Classes will offer a full range of practice, integrating vinyasa flow, exploration of poses in depth, breath work and guided meditations to support growth, recovery and self-discovery. The only requirement for attendance is a desire to explore yoga as a path to greater connection in body, mind and spirit. Suggested donation $12 to $15 — more if you can, less if you can’t. Mats, blankets and blocks provided, but please bring your mat if you have one.
