Looking for a senior Yoga class? You are welcome to join Senior/Baby Boomer Yoga whether you are able bodied and cautious, or have conditions that limit your mobility and flexibility. Students in wheelchairs are welcome.
Yoga postures are offered in a sequence that moves slowly, draws your attention to the experience of the movement and holding, and allows you to relax. Postures can be done on the mat, with the use of a chair for modifications, or solely in a chair or wheelchair. Everyone can participate and get the wonderful benefits of Yoga.
