In this class you will learn how to easily make your own fresh almond milk, plus four smoothie recipes that taste like dessert but are loaded with nutrients and energy to keep you going through morning!
Taught by Colin McCullough. Colin McCullough has been a vegan for over 20 years, and enjoys teaching people ways to incorporate whole-foods, plant-based meals into their diet. He believes that eating healthy food is the single most important step we can take to improve our health and happiness.
