Gentle Yoga for Body, Mind and Spirit

Tuesday, 10:00 am - 11:00 am -- Tuesdays at 10 am

A gentle, restorative yoga class for all levels of ability and experience.  Come experience gentle stretch, deep relaxation and restoration of body and spirit.  We are currently exploring how yoga can help us “embody” and develop spiritual qualities, drawing from a variety of spiritual traditions.  Led by Debbie Clark.
